1. What ReaderReach provides
ReaderReach helps authors identify and reach people who may be able to consider a book for a book club, podcast, radio program, library, bookstore, educational program, retirement community, media opportunity, or another relevant channel.
Depending on your plan, services may include positioning, contact research, campaign organization, outreach materials, a dedicated ReaderReach-managed campaign domain and mailbox, sending support, response management, follow-up support, and related administrative services.
Your pricing page, checkout summary, order confirmation, and any signed written addendum describe the particular services included in your plan.
2. No guarantee of responses, placements, or results
ReaderReach opens doors; your book must close the deal. We do not guarantee any response, introduction, selection, placement, interview, review, event, sale, order, audience size, media coverage, revenue, ranking, reputation improvement, or other result. Outreach volume is not a promise of positive responses.
Every recipient and organization acts independently and may decline, ignore, postpone, or change an opportunity at any time.
Book and program selection may depend on matters outside our control, including cover and production quality, reviews, genre, subject matter, audience fit, timing, availability, pricing, distribution, author presentation, and the overall quality and suitability of the content and supporting materials.
ReaderReach does not control these decisions and is not an agent, partner, employee, publisher, distributor, or representative of any contacted organization.
3. Author responsibilities and representations
You are responsible for your book, business, claims, listings, pricing, availability, conduct, and materials. You agree to provide complete and accurate information, working links, timely approvals, and lawful content.
You represent that you own or have permission to use every book excerpt, cover, review, testimonial, biography, image, trademark, link, and other item you provide, and that your materials and instructions do not infringe rights, mislead recipients, or violate law.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving campaign positioning and message templates before use.
4. Outreach authorization and communications
Self-service clients control their own sends, calls, and responses. Managed Outreach clients authorize ReaderReach to prepare and send communications within the positioning, templates, limits, and campaign guidelines they approve. Personalization may vary by recipient while remaining within the approved message foundation.
You authorize ReaderReach to use the author identity, book information, approved calendar link, and approved materials needed to perform those services.
ReaderReach may share that calendar link to invite a scheduling request, but does not accept or confirm an interview, appearance, date, fee, travel request, contract, or other commitment on your behalf.
We may suppress contacts, pause sending, or change delivery schedules to protect recipients, sender reputation, legal compliance, and platform requirements.
5. Independent third parties and assumption of responsibility
Recipients, event hosts, interviewers, reviewers, vendors, platforms, venues, booksellers, and other organizations are independent third parties. ReaderReach does not investigate, supervise, control, warrant, or endorse their statements, policies, safety, conduct, products, services, contracts, or opportunities.
You decide whether to communicate, meet, travel, appear, contract, pay, deliver materials, share information, or participate in any relationship or activity arising from the service.
You are responsible for your own due diligence, professional advice, personal safety, travel, insurance, permissions, contracts, tax obligations, and business decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindful Guidance LLC and ReaderReach are not responsible for a third party’s acts or omissions or for any loss, dispute, injury, claim, expense, reputational effect, or other consequence arising from a relationship, communication, event, transaction, or activity that you choose to pursue through or following use of the service.
6. No professional advice
ReaderReach provides marketing and administrative services. Information, suggestions, templates, and AI-assisted drafts are not legal, financial, tax, publishing, safety, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing materials and obtaining qualified advice when appropriate.
7. Fees, renewals, 14-day guarantee, and cancellation
Fees, introductory pricing, renewal timing, and recurring charges are shown at checkout. Recurring services continue until canceled under the purchase terms.
14-day money-back guarantee. The guarantee period begins when you complete and submit the required onboarding interview. ReaderReach records that onboarding-completion date in Campaign Desk. You may cancel for any reason by using our contact form within 14 calendar days after that recorded onboarding-completion date. We will refund the amount paid for that ReaderReach purchase and stop the campaign when the refund is processed. Campaign preparation and mailbox warm-up occur during the guarantee period and do not change its recorded start date.
The managed domain we pay for and use for your campaigns is included in the service, so when you cancel, we close that domain, and no further access to messaging, past, present, or future, is provided. Requests sent more than 14 calendar days after the recorded onboarding-completion date are handled under the ordinary cancellation terms and do not qualify for this guarantee.
After the guarantee period, fees earned for completed or committed setup, research, writing, provisioning, and campaign management work are non-refundable except where required by law. Service access continues through the applicable paid-through date unless a refund or immediate termination applies.
When the subscription ends, outreach stops and access to Campaign Desk, campaign records, the campaign mailbox, and incoming messages ends. ReaderReach owns, administers, renews, and retires the dedicated campaign domain and mailbox; they are service infrastructure and are not transferred to the author.
Canceling does not reverse obligations already incurred.
8. Acceptable use and campaign termination
You may not use ReaderReach for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, fraudulent, or unsolicited mass communications. You may not misrepresent identity, credentials, reviews, sales, affiliations, or results.
Campaigns cannot be paused without payment of the monthly service fee. Keeping a campaign active requires continued payment of that fee. A request to pause the campaign or stop the monthly fee is treated as cancellation of both the campaign and the service.
Once canceled, the campaign is terminated and the sending domain for that campaign is closed.
ReaderReach may temporarily suspend sending activity, suppress a contact, limit features, or terminate service when we reasonably believe continuing could violate law, recipient requests, provider rules, deliverability standards, these Terms, or another person’s rights.
A temporary operational suspension by ReaderReach does not create a customer-requested pause or waive fees otherwise due.
9. Contact information and private research
ReaderReach’s master contact directory, research methods, prospect lists, verification work, and recipient contact details are confidential business information. Your dashboard may show activity and results without exposing recipient names or addresses.
You may not scrape, copy, resell, disclose, reverse engineer, or use private directory information outside the service. Contact information can become outdated, and we do not warrant that every address, title, person, or organization remains accurate or available.
10. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your book and materials you provide. You grant ReaderReach a limited license to store, format, reproduce, and use those materials as reasonably necessary to provide the services.
ReaderReach retains ownership of its software, databases, research, methods, templates, workflows, branding, service materials, and the dedicated domains and mailboxes it provisions for campaigns. Subject to these Terms and payment, you may use campaign materials prepared specifically for your book for your own promotion.
11. Third-party services and availability
The service depends on third-party websites, directories, email providers, payment processors, hosting, AI services, analytics, and other platforms. Their rules, data, pricing, availability, and functionality may change or fail. We may adjust workflows, replace providers, delay sending, or use reasonable substitute methods.
We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” ReaderReach disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and any warranty arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade.
No oral or written statement creates a guarantee unless it appears in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Mindful Guidance LLC.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindful Guidance LLC, ReaderReach, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, consequential, reputational, or lost-profit damages, or for lost data, lost opportunities, lost business, or third-party claims arising from or related to the website, services, outreach, recipients, or any resulting relationship.
Their combined total liability for all claims related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid ReaderReach for that service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits apply regardless of the legal theory and even if advised that damages were possible.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mindful Guidance LLC, ReaderReach, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your book or materials, your instructions or claims, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or another person’s rights, or your relationship, contract, communication, event, transaction, or conduct with a third party.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
15. Privacy and electronic records
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. You consent to receive service records, notices, approvals, and agreements electronically. At checkout, we may retain your name, email address, acceptance time, agreement version and text, checkout session, IP address, and browser information as evidence of your agreement.
16. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida, and each party consents to that court’s jurisdiction and venue.
17. General terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the checkout summary, and any signed written addendum form the complete agreement concerning the services and replace prior discussions about them. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue.
A waiver must be in writing and does not waive a later breach. You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent. We may assign it as part of a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the business. Headings are for convenience only.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The current version and effective date will be posted here. The agreement version accepted at checkout remains part of the record for that enrollment. Material changes affecting an active service will be communicated as required by law.
